Do I get a proof before the order is printed?
- Yes, all online orders require an approval from the customer of their artwork proof for production.
- Payment for the order does not constitute as an artwork approval for production. Orders cannot proceed into production until the customer has approved the artwork proof.
How long does shipping take?
- We ship all orders from Russell, KY. We ship all orders via UPS Ground. Please refer to transit time map for estimated transit time to your location.
How long does my order take?
- Orders placed online are provided an estimated delivery date prior to checking out. Most orders are shipped prior to the estimated date. Some orders may take a little longer for shipment date and delivery.
What is the minimum quantity for embroidery?
- The minimum order quantity for embroidery is 6 items.
What is the minimum quantity for screen printing?
- The minimum order quantity for screen printing is 24 items.
What is your refund policy?
- Orders that have not yet been completed can be cancelled within 10 days of purchase.
- Orders that are canceled after 10 days of purchase will incur a 10% cancellation/restocking fee.
- Orders that have been completed and shipped are not available for cash refunds. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
